The Fakhouri brothers know the restaurant business. Restaurant Realty has been involved with them on several transactions. The highly educated brothers have combined their individual talents into making a thriving chain of restaurants in the competitive San Francisco Bay Area market. Since 1992 when they opened their first Crepevine on Irving Street in San Francisco their concept has been synonymous with quality in both food and service. Their locations range from 5 sites in SF to Oakland, Burlingame, Walnut Creek, San Rafael and Redwood City. They plan for further growth in the South Peninsula area.

Maher Fakhouri handles the operations. After graduating from City College of San Francisco hotel and Restaurant School, he worked for Hyatt and other major restaurant companies to hone his skills. Mazen Fakouri has an MBA from San Francisco State University and is in charge of the finances and administration of the business. Majed Fakhouri attended architecture school and handles the purchasing and design of the restaurants.
