Maher Fakhouri handles the operations. After
graduating from City College of San Francisco hotel
and Restaurant School, he worked for Hyatt and other
major restaurant companies to hone his skills. Mazen
Fakouri has an MBA from San Francisco State
University and is in charge of the finances and
administration of the business. Majed Fakhouri
attended architecture school and handles the
purchasing and design of the restaurants.
