restaurant, bar and club owners in the nine bay area
counties we focus on so each of these owners receive
our mailing every 3 months which include our current
listing sheet, our current newsletter, Restaurant
Rap and our brochure of services we provide.

Broadcasts - We have accumulated over 3,000
buyers in our data base (with 150 new buyers
registering each month) and every other week they
receive an email broadcast which includes our new,
price reduced, featured and coming soon listings.
5) Phone
Book Advertising – We are in 14 phone books
throughout the Bay Area which draw a lot of
activity.

Residential Real Estate Referrals – We send out
each quarter to 12,000 residential real estate
agents in the San Francisco Bay Area a flyer
offering them referral fees.
